Instruction
- Open the packaging, take out the warmers, shake slightly.
- Remove the protective film and apply the adhesive side of the heating pad to the clothing of the part of the body you want to warm. The heating pad will provide heat in 5 minutes after opening.
- After one-time use, dispose of the cold warmers as normal waste. The components of the heater are completely safe for the environment.
Caution
- Never use a heating pad directly on the skin.
